Bet of the Day

Fulham v Manchester City - Manchester City to win and both teams to score @ 11/8

Starting with the Premier League title race south of the border, Manchester City will be looking to go a step closer to securing an unprecedented fourth consecutive English crown when they face Fulham.

City find themselves a point behind leaders Arsenal, who don’t play until 16:30 on Sunday when they travel to Manchester United.

Pep Guardiola’s side have a game in hand over the Gunners but will know they can’t afford to slip up against the Cottagers in London.

City should go into this game full of confidence after winning all of their last 15 games against Fulham.

Backing the Citizens to win and both teams to score would have landed in the last four meetings between these sides in all competitions and that trend could well continue on Saturday.

Special of the day

Celtic v Rangers bet-builder - Celtic to win and James Tavernier to score at any time @ 17/2

On to the action north of the border and millions will tune in to see what happens at Parkhead with Celtic and Rangers facing off in the Old Firm clash.

The Glasgow rivals have already met three times this season with the Hoops winning the first two encounters before an electrifying 3-3 draw last time out at Ibrox.

The Hoops are unbeaten in their last six home games against the Light Blues (5W, 1D), who last won at Parkhead in August 2021.

Given their solid record at home, Celtic should have enough to get the better of their old rivals but Rangers could have their moments in the game.

Gers skipper James Tavernier has scored in two of those three previous encounters this season and he can add another to his tally on Saturday.

With 17 Premiership goals to his name this season, Tavernier can strike from the penalty spot or from free-kicks in this one, even if it is likely to be for the losing team.

Longshot of the day

West Ham v Luton bet-builder - Luton to win, both teams to score and Elijah Adebayo first goalscorer @ 17/1

Another bet-builder has been used to create Saturday's longshot which comes in at an intriguing 17/1.

It’s a must-win game for Luton at the London Stadium where the visit a West Ham who are winless in their last six games in all competitions.

The Hammers were all at sea in their 5-0 defeat to Chelsea last time out and Luton can pick up three vital points this weekend.

Elijah Adebayo has had injury issues this season but rediscovered his goalscoring ways last time out against Everton. He can land the opening goal against the Hammers.

Luton’s defence is far from perfect and the Hatters have not kept a clean sheet in their last 16 games in all competitions.

West Ham could get on the scoresheet but the Hatters may be the ones smiling at the full-time whistle.
